Glad to have the option to have the vehicle picked up at our home, saved a bunch of time. Addressed my concern and have ordered a part. Did not try to add the services the vehicle didn't need, ie windshield wipers, rotate tire (which are staggered / can't be rotated) etc.

I felt the SUV was in good shape, but it had a cooling hose break first week I had it home. Dealer made good on this and repaired it out of their pocket. I give credit for that. But now 1.5 years later the transmission is failing on 2018 Ford we purchased. Not a great experience to spend so much on a nice used vehicle and end up having to spend over $6,000 more to rebuild the transmission under 2 years from when we bought it.
