My experience with your sales team and the overall purchasing process was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. However, I do want to bring to your attention an issue with the interior condition of the vehicle upon delivery, which was disappointing considering the otherwise great experience. While the exterior of the car was spotless and clearly detailed, the interior was not cleaned to the standard I was promised. Specifically, I found: Personal paperwork and an insurance card from the previous owner, melted M&Ms and candy wrappers left in various compartments, an empty drink can under seat, spilled milkshake marks on the rear seats. Given that I was assured the vehicle would be detailed before delivery, this was unexpected. Again, I want to emphasize that my frustration lies solely with the condition of the vehicle’s interior and not with sales team, who have been nothing but great to work with.
