Test drive car was ready when I arrived. Serria was very helpful in selecting vehicle and negotiating price Mercedes me app did not work to allow registration at the facility, it took 3 days before the issue was resolved. Serria was very helpful in final resolution of the issue(s). Delivery of car had adhesive on the drive door, Serria was very helpful removing the adhesive the porter should have removed before bringing the car for delivery.
