My service, MOT and replacement parts on 17/18 Feb 2026 was £2122.41 The engineer stated he had set the tyre pressures at 35 front,38 rear which is correct. My car was collected and returned by Mercedes. This morning when I started the car the system said check tyre pressures, I did.OSF 23 NSF 34 OSR35 OSN 37 Clearly they had not been checked.Whoever this engineer is he is not interested in his job, and it is obvious he ticks all jobs at the same time. I just hope he did not fit the new parts.Checking tyre pressures might be easy, but definitely critical. I do not expect this action when I am using Mercedes engineers. I feel let down my Mercedes Eastbourne.

No following whatsoever all information provides to the dealership to proceed with a purchase and part exchange and absolutely no return from them at all. I have now purchased a new BMW as they werenrhe absolute opposite and hit the sale, I even made a 2nd enquiry about a different car and was given the same little video yet not one connection was made that I was still waiting for information on thy 1st car was looking to buy!

Your sales person didn’t listen, interrupted and when I asked them about my car being serviced last week but the mechanics didn’t reset the car computer - which keeps saying service due - he said he couldn’t help as there were no service people in. I would have expected him to take a note and pass it to them the next day rather than leave it for me to follow up and also being told you’re only down the road so pop in wasn’t helpful.
