Had my back windscreen replaced , was dis appointed the very time I open and close the hatch beck I hear the remands of glass inside the boot , very annoying

I am disappointed that my brand new 23 Reg vehicle costing nearly £70,000 was delivered with the air con gas empty and a faulty centre console cup holder cover. The dealership has not advised me how long the replacement part on B/O will take to arrive - the aftercare communication is disappointing and is at contrast to the excellent pre service booking experience
