Harrison Commons was fantastic and looked after us from the minute we hijacked him slightly before the dealership was open,( I think we interrupted him getting his morning coffee) He was brilliant and really answered all our millions of questions, explained things clearly and was very patient as it was the first time we had bought a new car, he was empathetic to our first time needs and was kind and generous with this Time and answers. we were two 50 (something) year old females walking in and im sure other people would have questioned the seriousness of us. but Harrison was brilliant, all paper work came though perfectly with phone calls to give us a heads up it was coming/ or and phoning to make sure it had arrived, which was helpful, and hand over was so lovely and ive been back already with questions about the car Mercedes me linking it up and he sorted out a technical glitch, Harrison is the the best give him a pay rise, look after him as people like Harrison don't come along that often. He's our super hero, thank you again x
