From my intial enquiry to driving away in my new used car, Arran Guest (Sales Executive) has been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, throughout the whole process. In fact all the staff I met during my visits to the dealership were friendly, I was impressed and would have no problem recommending, Mercedes-Benz of Eastbourne.

Patrick Pearce was very knowledgeable and efficient. He made me feel at ease and spoke to me on my level. He went through different options for me and allowed me to digest the information. Patrick reassured me that he wouldn’t keep contacting me but when I was ready to get in contact. He understood my needs and that I was only at the beginning of my car search journey.

When you phone the dealership to book in your car, it is annoying that you are directed to a central reservation. Despite me phoning eastbourne the operator wanted to book me into Brighton. She asked if the car needed anything doing, to which I said only a wash. I was told in no uncertain terms, that valeting was only part of the service and not recall. When I asked about getting a lift back from the garage, she told me I would have to phone the dealership!. What a waste of time. To make matters worse, when I did phone the dealership, I was told the spare part was not a stock item and would be special order and they would phone me to rebook the appointment once it was in. Really why didn't Central reservations know this?Ps Eastbourne washed my car.
