When booking online did not have option for car to be collected from home address but when speaking with service advisor he was happy to collect for additional work that is required will not book online again

Service advisor pleasant and smiling. Helpful and efficient. One point I would like to make regarding the video. The technician explained everything clearly and slowly which is great as some technicians can gabble their way through videos. Overall a great experience. I booked there as Tonbridge couldn’t fit me in at short notice. I particularly like the express service. Also I turned up 90 minutes early and they managed to fit me in early. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned

Great service. Professional, painless and friendly.HannahG was particularly helpful. She was able to fully answer questions I had relating to my service plan. At my request she was also able to renew my plan with no effort from myself.HannahG also handled my vehicle handover following my service. She clearly explained the work that had been completed. Arran was extremely helpful in every way. From dealing with the part exchange and the unexpected insurance repair on my vehicle to the paper work and handing over my new set of keys! Was very well looked after and was always updated.
