Bought over the phone /online so never came to the dealership as I had my car delivered. Arran was excellent, sent me a video and kept me updated.

Whilst I am pleased with the great efforts and professionalism of the sales team, I remain very disappointed with the service team for the way I was last treated. As a secondary and post secondary business lecturer, I am having to use the Mercedes eastbourne as a case study of awful customer service!I teach in excess of 700 student each year and will continue to inform them of how miscommunication and a lack of language clarity could lead to immense personal and financial impacts.

Have been to the dealership last 2 times great work and asked if I could pay to get my car cleaned and was told don’t worry it gets a wash and hover, ha ha not the last 2 times. Pls don’t offer or explain it gets done and not the even looked at.
