Matt Fear was very helpful and was amazing, he’s a credit to Mercedes-Benz, he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions, he was not pushy in any way and just generally helpful, the management team were very kind and helpful and I felt very valued! There was a problem with the finance system, but Ellie went to extreme lengths to find a solution that would allow me to collect my new car the following day as planned. She and others at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, which was much appreciated, especially as I was rather grumpy at the time ):
