I can not speak more highly of Mr Michael Marcham. His explanation and patience with retired folk about the car's problem were exemplary. He is a credit to Mercedes Benz Eastbourne, and if he is typical of the staff being hired at the garage, kudos must also go to the company.

Disappointed that i found it necessary to have a new Auxiliary Battery after just over 3 years of ownership and just out of warranty that you refused to make any goodwill contribution.Having purchased several cars from you i expected better.Doubt that i will now purchase another Mercedes.
