We have used Mercedes Eastbourne for a while now to source our cars and we can say that the service is absolutely outstanding. Matthew Barnes and Lucas Lloyd-Jones go way above and beyond to make the experience of buying a new car very special. They are the reason we use this particular dealership and will continue to do so whilst they are there. Great service makes all the difference wherever you go. Pity they changed the coffee machine :(

I aaa informed that the vehicle was ready around 14:30 but when I arrived at 17:00, it was still ‘being washed’. The wash itself was of very poor quality, I’m guessing because it is 11 years old and was a recall issue. Maybe if it was a newish E63, it would have been better!

I returned the vehicle to have a new tire fitted. All good thanks 👍
