Excellent service

I found the salesman, Arran Guest, and the dealership’s Business Manager, Matt Barnes, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both were very courteous and professional, clearly knowledgeable about the brand, and very efficient. They made the test driving and purchasing processes a pleasure. I have also found the Eastbourne branch’s Service Department - both Hannahs, Scott Willett, and Chris Jones, great to deal with. An all-round thanks.

Nothing else to add since I am very satisfied with the service and how I was kept in touch with progress.

Following last years service, the liquid in the LCD Display went blurry in some areas - I asked for this to be looked at but this was not rectified with no feedback.Also since the service, the indicator lights on the wing mirrors do not work? Is there a button somewhere in the car that switches this on?

Excellent service from the lady in service reception, Chris the workshop manager was very professional, more than helpful. Lastly the mechanic that looked after my vehicle gave a good explanation on video and in all typical of the high quality of service I have come to know.
