Overall very positive. However, my car was in for an mot and I waited 2 hours to be told that a repair was needed to the handbrake which would take 2 hours to repair. I requested to borrow a car which was arranged promptly and my repair was completed on time

Only thing disappointing is I was quoted £503 when I booked it in for front brake discs & pads told they were for rear but would only be about £10-£20 more for fronts when I got there the price was nearly £300 more was given a discount but was still £150 more than I was quoted not good considering how difficult things are lately
