Overall I felt the service laid on by the sales team at Eastbourne was very satisfactory. I felt both Matt Fear and Scott Willett were really accommodating. Both worked hard to make my experience a good one. My only disappointment was there was only one key for the vehicle I purchased which took me by surprise and makes me a little anxious. Both Matt and Scott however have promised to provide another at no extra cost so hopefully I'll receive it soon fingers crossed. I would definitely recommend this branch. Well done.

This was an out-ot-appointment visit to view a SLC300 which had been advertised on Autotrader. Arran Guest was our sales executive. He was most helpful and, even though we had not made an appointment, he arranged for a test drive on the spot. Although I did not proceed with the sale, there was no pressure and the overall experience was most satisfactory.

I had initially booked the service centrally with Mercedes (they phoned me) and managed to secure a courtesy car. I had to cancel that booking owing to ill-health. I re-booked directly with Lookers Eastbourne and, unprompted, was offered a car pick-up from home. Perfect and also very well executed. Next time will def contact dealership directly.

I was called the day before the service by someone who queried the fact that I was having the car serviced in eastbourne when I live in Sevenoaks. Good foresight by them. Quick and effortless visit. Video explained understandably, front staff friendly and seemed happy in their work.I was out in 90 minutes. Offered mini valet but declined due to time issues. Great experience thank you

Congratulations between salesperson and service departments ie:info given to service via sales not always followed correctly. For instance jobs given to service not followed correctly customer being charged for jobs when it shouldn’t be charged. I think sales do a superb job in when selling a car to the customer disappointing when the customer has to get back to the salesperson to complete job’s when when agreed between customer and sales.
