I forgot to book a pick up and delivery as I live some distance from the dealership and with poor public transport connections. It would have helped to be reminded to do this prior to the service date.

I dropped into Mercedes Eastbourne on a whim after having an awful experience with Audi Eastbourne. Paddy / Patrick looked after me and provided an amazing service, showing me a couple of different models and sending me out on a test drive to see which car type I preferred.I have historically been an Audi man but after my time at Mercedes Eastbourne and dealing with Paddy I am officially a Mercedes convert!Couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, Paddy is a great guy and salesman and I love my new car.
