Simply if the staff at this Branch had not been so excellent to me, and in the past in particular Chris in Servicing and Chris the Manager, and Patrick was good too, I would not have gone in. The attention here is fantastic, the team, great.. It's a joy to visit!

The salesperson we met, Ellie, was very helpful and informed.We didn't find a compelling reason to change the car at this time. Possibly in Dec 2023 we will consider changing the car.

Since the service, my mpg has dropped by 5mpg. I'm told it can't possibly be the service has caused it, and that it must be driving conditions. I'm not convinced.
