Over a last year I was looking for my next car, as I was undecided I received a great help from Lucas, who has been amazing in assisting me in the journey to buy my next car. He was attentive, helpful, welcoming, informative so thanks to him I promised myself that when I will buy a car it will be from him. When right car came, he did not disappoint through the process of testdrive, getting finance, handover etc. Very competent sales person with right attitude, manners etc. I think Lockers should be glad and appreciative to have him on board. All in all whole team of Lockers are always super helfpul. If something I could ask to improve: it would be car wash. I was not massively impressed how car was valeted, pls use better car-detailing products and pay attention to details particularly for interior detailing.

Overall I have been very satisfied, USUALLY.However, I do have one gripe.When I first purchased my vehicle I was advised that, if I took out a service plan, the sat nav would be updated on each service.Unfortunately, following my last service, I travelled to Cornwall which resulted in a very frustrating experience. The sat nav was sending me down non existent roads and bridal paths.I therefore asked for the sat nav to be updated; only to be told that the updates only extend for the first three years of the vehicle life, and that I would need to pay £123.60 for the latest update.This would make for a very expensive navigation system, assuming that one has to pay for each update.Had I been informed of this at time of purchase, it is likely I would not have bought the car.

Matt was very helpful and supportive and guided me through the process. I love my car and am very happy. I thought I was getting a travel mug as a gift but must have said something wrong as was rescinded! I am made up and would definitely recommend Matt and the dealership for their professional and friendly approach.
