When booking I was told MB would not collect my car as happens with services. This involved 6 journeys of 45 minutes each: 2 for me delivering and collecting the car and 4 for my wife collecting me and delivering me back to MB at Eastbourne. On arrival MB Eastbourne said had I been able to contact them direct, they would have collected the car from my home! I have been a customer of your dealership for 14 years and an MB customer for 38 years.
