Patrick was extremely helpful and very knowledgable not only about the cars we were searching for but also about finance options, and he was very welcoming to us. Patrick did find a couple of cars that we were interested in but neither quite fitted the bill for us but we will keep looking. We were very impressed with all the staff and the premises at the Eastbourne showroom and will be returning to see if a suitable car becomes available for us.

After many years with three cars cared for by Lookers Eastbourne and experience with Mercedes dealerships elsewhere both in the UK and overseas, it is clear that Mercedes Eastbourne tops the list in every respect; we are profoundly grateful.

Really disappointed with the inability to build and configure an EQC. If I'm going to spend ~80K on a new car, it is not very customer focused to just offer me off-the-shelf vehicles.I have not yet decided which car to purchase, but at least the Jaguar i-pace and Audi Q4 e-tron allow me to build a car to my own specification.

This is my first Mercedes and I have been delighted with every aspect from sale right through to after care. The level of care and attention is superb. My exhaust has developed a rattle but it’s already booked in to be sorted and covered under extended warranty with a courtesy car being provided so it won’t impact my day. Keep up the great work!

The work to the car was based on a recall to replace an airbag. It was carried out quickly whilst I was waiting.

From start to finish I received the best possible service from all the team at Lookers of Eastbourne, Chris was very helpful in many ways. Would recommend to all.

1 I reported the problem with the nearside window slipping and it was logged on the computer.The dealership did not mention the window and I have just suddenly remembered about it so I wonder whether anything was done or whether there was a problem with the window. No communication from the dealership about it very poorAs far as the service plan is concerned I’ve never felt so ripped off in all my life it’s a total con I’ts not worth £480 that I paid in the year for a set of spark plugs some oil and two filters. Total rip-off I will be cancelling the plan immediately as it is not value for money.Very disappointed with Mercedes
