Hi, the ladies on reception were great, both offering me drinks etc. I was told it would take an hour for the MOT. My car had a recall and some lose springs. This work was also completed - I was actually at the dealership for over 3 hours, this was a very long time and my expectation of the work being carried out wasn't managed. It was a working day for me so this took out a lot of my time unfortunately.

On leaving the garage, the bonnet open sign came on. It had not been properly closed after the service.The rear brake pipes were said to be dangerously corroded, despite it having had an MOT test just 3 weeks earlier ( not at am MB garage) and it had passed with no advisories.The brake pipes are made from steel which is bound to show some surface corrosion after 10 years. If Mercedes had used a copper pipe at manufacture, this problem would not arise.

Your buying in price for my motor was not acceptable , a few months ago you offered me £35,500 and now I come to buy its dropped down to £29,500 so I havent taken your offer despite loving the potential new vehicle.My car had hardly done many more miles than your previous quoting time so I guess your people were thinking that I wasnt a serious customer. The test drive was ok but I didnt have much time and was considering taking it out for longer , however the price you offered stopped me in my tracks and i am now considering other options
