The stock of spares in the parts dept seems very limited.However the overall courtesy, efficiency, and knowledge of the company are outstanding.

The entire experience from first enquiry through to collection of our car was exemplary! Arran guided us through the various options available for financing, bodywork protection etc. without any pressure. Our thanks to the entire team at Eastbourne, particularly Arran for happily answering all questions with patience and clarity. Excellent all-round and a credit to the Mercedes-Benz marque.

The person I dealt with was Patrick and I've got to say we were looked after as if we were Royalty. He should us all the instructions and outs of the car also the service plan which we have taken up. Also made sure we had a coffee, I thought this was a nice touch.

Excellent service as usual

My car was in for annual service and recalls,The original appointment for the recall was canceled by yourselves as the parts had not arrived given the there was about three weeks between making the appointment and the date for the work to be carried out,At the second attempt the car was booked in and the work was carried out,But although it was a recall I still had to pay for the loan car,When I queried this the lady told me it was because of the serviceIf my car is recalled due to a fault then that’s not right that you pay for the loan car,Be it that there was a service being the main thing is that it was there for a safety recallIt really isn’t the money it’s the principleThe money should be donated to charity

My experience with the dealership was exceptional and makes me pleased that I am a Mercedes owner.
