Great communication from Hannah on service reception and Chris in servicing keeping me informed of the windscreen removal and rebound.

Everything was very good from booking the service and collection and returning of the car except that the car was not thoroughly cleaned inside. When I opened the boot I realised that it had not been vacuumed. I thought that the car was cleaned inside and out on a service, but perhaps I am expecting too much!

Patrick Pearce was an excellent person to do business with.
