Excellent customer service as usual from Patrick. He's sorted out several vehicles for various members of the family this year! He's extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a car, and makes it a stress-free, enjoyable process, going through all our requirements so that we end up with the perfect car. There are two other Mercedes dealerships that we could visit, but we always choose Eastbourne due to the great sales team they are lucky enough to have!
