My wife was disappointed that the white car we put a deposit on was changed to black with the only option to get a white one being to wait and pay more than the agreed price.

The showroom area, which includes seating for customers to wait whilst cars are being serviced etc. is very noisy. This is as a result of the cold clinical design and no softer furnishing or screens to shield of the customer lounge/waiting area. In other dealerships I have used they have better layouts to combat the noise issue.The reception staff and coffee are good.

All excellent as usual, but I have one point to make. On the checklist it stated gearbox oil to be changed except for a couple of variants. The checklist was marked n/a but no explanation was given. I phoned to confirm this was correct and reception helpfully investigated and found my model should have the oil changed at six years. It would be very useful if the correct interval could be marked in the service check list.
