All excellent as usual, but I have one point to make. On the checklist it stated gearbox oil to be changed except for a couple of variants. The checklist was marked n/a but no explanation was given. I phoned to confirm this was correct and reception helpfully investigated and found my model should have the oil changed at six years. It would be very useful if the correct interval could be marked in the service check list.

Excellent service by Eastbourne Mercedes as always. Even though i had to wait over 3 months for nox sensors to arrive in stock but that is something Mercedes head office should be looking at producing enough parts when there is so much demand. However, the dealership were excellent once it arrived they booked me in earliest slot, fixed the car within same day. Whole service team great especially Dexter who did all the leg work and Hannah at service desk always welcoming customers with a smile. Couldn’t be happier with this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years now and i have no plans to change anytime soon due to excellent service i get each time.
