We were told to be there between 8 and 10 in the morning so we travelled through the rush hour to be there. Took 2 hours to get there and when we arrived we were told it wouldn't even be looked at until lunch time. A waste of time getting there early. I won't do that again. We were then phoned at 4.45pm and told it would be ready to collect at 5.30pm so had to collect the following day. Very disappointed with the service we received.
