Michael Mitcham in Service reception was most helpful from my initial phone call to book the service, the vehicles first MOT and four new tyres to the drop off and collection.I bought the vehicle from new from Lookers at Ashford but changed this year to Eastbourne branch and received a much better service to date

I was expecting the express service to be completed in 1.5 hours using two technicians on the job as described to me. In the event it took 2.5 hours, not a big deal but not exactly express. Other than that I was satisfied with the job done and the paperwork completed.

my driver airbag was replaced. but i saw lamp marks on my steering after the change. they must have used clamps to take out but left marks on the top of the steering leather.
