Whilst there were some issues that got resolved the team involved did they're best to resolve them in a timely manner and in a way did not impact myself greatly. All in all even with these issues the process from start to driving my new car away was 43 hours, which was great..

The dealership operated efficiently and with the usual good service.For the second time, I booked the service in response to a message that came up on screen in the car. I called to book through Mercedes Me and once again nothing happened. I called again and again nothing happened. Eventually I called the dealership and this time a booking was made.I find that using the screen option in the car results in speaking to someone who does not pass the message on

Great team at Lookers Eastbourne which makes the experience so personal. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. The quality of the workmanship is superb and you are looked after from the time you drop the car off until collection.
