Only thing we were disappointed in was that we felt that the windows on the car had not been cleaned, they were dirty and smeared, and let down the look of the car

I was informed on the video that my car would fail it’s mot, on my no plates. I called & said I had the original plates & also there were plates in the boot. I was informed that this message would be passed on & someone would call me, marked as urgent. This didn’t happen, a call was placed with mobility & new plates were made & charged for. This was totally un necessary. If a call was made to me as I was informed it would be, then no new no plates would of been needed & charged for. I feel this was just a money making exercise.I feel it’s been very bad communication !

Dexter Swain had spent several weeks trying to get all the parts from Mercedes needed for a wing mirror repair, and the delay was a serious problem for me. However I know that the delay was a supply chain problem, and I am very pleased that Mr Swain succeeded in getting the last part in the end. My only surprise is that Mercedes UK had not managed to guard against the foreseeable supply chain problems more effectively. (I am a small shareholder in Mercedes Benz Group AG, so was very interested in this aspect.)
