This was my second part exchanging purchase with Lookers of Eastbourne. On both occasions the member of staff who assisted me was Luke Potter. On both occasions Lukes customer service skills and knowledge of MercBenz were excellent.

Would have liked a binder in which to keep all the documents after purchase/insurance/warranties etc. Otherwise all excellent; Chris Hawkins was very helpful, professional and friendly.
