The vehicle had a recall for the water pump but could not be completed as you didn’t have the parts. Considering that this was booked at least 1 month prior and this was arranged at booking I’m saddened that you didn’t have the parts and I have to bring the car back, wasting a day! Apart from that the dealership is really great!

When booking I was told I would have to pay a diagnostics fee of £180ish to check why parking sensors were not bleeping. I turned this down as hugely exorbitant. When I checked in I explained I had bought the car at this dealership only late December last year (2021). The check in person said this work (the parking sensor check) would be dealt with within the service. The outcome was a dealer (only) adjustment to the volume control. Excellent.
