We were very impressed with our Sales Executive Ellie, who was extremely helpful in every way and couldn’t do enough for us in fact nothing was any trouble for her. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone. Also Hannah, Service Advisor who was also very helpful. Overall the whole dealership are very professional and nothing is to much trouble for them.

The vehicle had a recall for the water pump but could not be completed as you didn’t have the parts. Considering that this was booked at least 1 month prior and this was arranged at booking I’m saddened that you didn’t have the parts and I have to bring the car back, wasting a day! Apart from that the dealership is really great!

The assistance and communication from the workshop to was brilliant. With a special thumbs up to Gary workshop manager. Superb people skills manager to make a horrific situation bearable. Thank you for your help.
