Extremely pleased with the whole process.

My only comment is in terms of collection of the car and delivery.I was told collection would be from 09:00 - 11:00 It was actually collected at 08:00. I didn't mind, except that I was on an appointment and was working to get back by 09:00. Luckily my appointment finished early and I was able to get the car back in time. The driver told me it is from 08:00 - Need to tell the service team as they have a different message.Also, in relation to dropping off, I wasn't told a time nor that the driver was on his way. Again, luckily, I was in else the driver would of been able to get the car past the locked gates nor collect his own car.Just better communication would be good going forward.

Brilliant customer service, even though they were up against it they completed in 3 hours including valet. Got me out of a tight spot thanks, Dexter got it sorted and was really bubbly. Couldn't ask for better
