The vehicle was very poorly cleaned. I was expecting something a little better from a premium car garage. My wife's Citroen come back like new each time. My car looked like it had had a dirty dish cloth dragged across it.

I have moved my service with MERC to Eastbourne from Brighton, based on the previous experience offered at Eastbourne branch and will remain there from now on.I had a courtesy car and must make a point that if you issue one to a customer then they should be cleaned out each time ready for the next customer, as was not the case for me.I did like the fact that my car was washed before returning it to me which was not a service that took place at the Brighton branch, so thank you.

Carl was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and answering every query I had. The only reason I haven’t purchased a new car through him yet is due to a change in finances, which I’m trying to sort.
