Feel that lack of information with regards to my length of stay was poor, waited 3 hours but had no feedback from staff on why it took so long. Seeing other customers come and go with a rep coming out to explain what was going to happen, this did not in my case.

I was happy with the service, although was told it was a 2.5 hour service and I was called within 2 hours to collect it. I was told it would be cleaned, and the outside was but not inside, which would have been a nice touch. I do think that a complimentary vehicle should be offered whilst the service is completed.

The engineer who dealt with my car, and has done since I’ve owned the vehicle ha always been amazing. Because of this you now have a customer for life. A big thank you to him at Mercedes in Eastbourne.

I think you need a new car wash person, that was the most disappointing aspect of the experience. We pay alot of money for the service so a decent car wash/hoover would be most appreciated.

The courtesy car that you have to pay for was absolutely filthy inside coffee splashed and hair everywhere not to mention the random stains everywhere not what you would expect from Mercedes’ also I did fill my car up before I took it in and it seem to come out with a lot less diesel which is still a little confusing to me why this would happen.
