Superb service. Even though all the work was under warranty ( a real surprise to me due to the age of the car ! ) I was loaned a car to use while mine was in for replacement of the airbags and rear subframe. I chose to have the rear links replaced at my expense as this seemed sensible , and the work was carried out faultlessly. Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant to deal with. Would award 6 stars if I could!

Mercedes-Benz of Eastbourne have been fantastic, especially Carl; one of the sales executives. Originally I was going to sell my previous car privately, but Mercedes gave me the perfect part-ex deal. Definitely did not feel like an average run of the mill dealership, wonderful customer service and I am extremely happy with my new car. Definitely a 5 star experience overall. Will be doing business again with them in the future.

The service team are the best in the south, they have looked after all my amg cars for 15 years and I would like to say I have never had customer service better anywhere and Dexter is utterly superb and should be running the show, he loves the cars, keeps you informed and has expert knowledge, a total credit to your company, I am back Saturday with my amg gts for more of dexter,s superb service.

My car was in for a service. I waited for this to be done. The atmosphere is always cheerful and the staff appear relaxed in a professional way. Drinks available and background music adds to the experience of waiting.Dexter who was seeing to my car was really nice and friendly and took on board a couple of my concerns with my car and returned to reassure me all was in order. Returned my keys to me with the biggest smile telling me my car was ready, after being cleaned as part of the service. Oh happy days
