I'm very pleased with the car and the service I received. I'd like to say one thing, I've been a customer of yours for about 10 years, this is the third car I've bought from you, the fourth you've looked after for me. The new car is on a lease with the money in my old car going in. I was a bit peeved that I had to hand over £1000 deposit to you. I can understand this with a new customer but when a customer is known to you it might be worth considering the trust element.
