The confirmation email was not clear on the booking time (different to agreed time) when I picked my car up I spent time wiping greasy finger prints from the door. Customer relations were excellent and I was kept informed though out

The valet of the car was not particularly well done.The service manager arranged to pick up and deliver my car, he went out of his way assist me due to personal issues
