When driving home the bonnet open message and alarm went off on the dash. The bonnet was closed so the replacement of the sensor has not fully resolved the problem or not been done correctly.

I have always had great service and experience at Mercedes Eastbourne. I used to deal with Carl who was excellent but as he has now moved to sales i was worried how my experience will be but i must say it was equally good even now. Hannah at service desk has been there for a long time and she is always very pleasant and courteous to welcome and sign in. I think young chap who dealt with me might have been William he was very good, friendly, kept me informed, understood couple of issues i had with car and got my car serviced.I have always used Mercedes Eastbourne since i bought my E class 5 years ago and thanks to this wonderful service and everyone being friendly and helpful i will stay loyal to Mercedes Eastbourne for all my service mot needs :-)

Good job on recall but still waiting for clips that broke when changing air bags

Valeting wasn't as good as other dealers I have experienced
