I had decided to sell y SUV because it didn't work for me. Arran picked up that I was selling my SUV and contacted me to see if he could help. He did, and supplied me in double quick time an estate car which was a demonstrator with every conceivable extra imaginable, and a perfect solution to my problem. Without his input, I honestly was not sure which brand of car to go with. Full marks to a young guy who has resolved my problems.I was extremely happy with how the team dealt with me especially as I was an old customer and didn't need to go through a lot of stuff which was already in your database. A good experience.

Very happy with the level of help & communication from the dealership throughout my dealings with them. However I was a bit disappointed when I collected my new car. I had travelled a very long way as was recommended it by the team for the 'full experience' which included the 'unveiling' of the car with a cover over it, but the car was just driven around & left out the front of the dealership. I understand the showroom was busy with other cars, but if I'd have known how anti-climatic the whole experience was going to be I would have just paid for it to have been delivered to my house & avoided putting the miles on my new car, & having a 4 hour round trip with a baby.

We have bought a number of Mercedes from your Dealership and in particular via Aaron Guest who as usual was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy.
