We were very impressed and highly satisfied with the service we received from Arran and Tom during this transaction. Sadly the first car we bought needed to be returned due to a gear box fault. However we were provided with a replacement car until a suitable different car could be sourced. The replacement car was delivered to our house. We were obviously disappointed about the problem with the first car but we hardly noticed the whole issue because of the professional and helpful way in which it was dealt with.

I have used Lookers Mercedes Benz Eastbourne for the past three years for servicing, MOT and repairs. My recent purchase was the first from Lookers and have to say that all staff encountered were brilliant. In particular, Patrick Pearce Sales Consultant was exceptional (and patient) in helping us chose the right vehicle which actually took three visits!

I need to arrange a familiarisation on site of the vehicles , that I am interested in and a test drive locally to evaluate further , plus arrange for our of my family to look at options at a later date

Arran Guest was exceptional in the way he dealt with us. His knowledge and customer service skills were second to none. We have purchased a few cars from the dealership over the last 7 years and he is by far the best person we have ever dealt with and all we have encountered are very impressive. Also the reception people were so welcoming and equally had knowledge which was very impressive.
