The only thing I would add is that some of the agreements that required an electronic signature should be presented on a computer or iPad for the customer. I had to use my phone which is not ideal as the screen obscures some of the entries and it is hard to confirm any entries made like bank details or addresses, let alone read the small print.

Carl was really helpful and tried hard to find me a suitable car. However due to my budget this was unable. Would highly recommend his service and Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne to family and friends!
