Too much paperwork to complete which was overwhelming and not really possible to read through.Wasn’t told that the car l was purchasing had no previous service history even though l did ask about it.Wasn’t explained how the warranty worked.Agreement documents were pre sent to me to sign even though l had agreed nothing yet or not even seen the car or had a test drive, thought this was very pushy and presumptuous.

Carl was really helpful and fixed any issues very promptly.

Arran, Matt and the team have been amazing as always.

Aaran was proactive and helpful without being unduly pushy. The personalised video he provided was interesting and useful.Thanks
