My contact with sales was purely by telephone but your salesman was extremely pleasant and helpful but I decided to put my change of vehicle on hold for the time being

My car came in for a safety recall which was in the end very satisfactory…but when I first tried to make an appointment after receiving the recall letter was a bit of a nightmare as apparently no one seem to have the information required so I was unable to book the car in and had to make further phone calls the following week once you had the relevant information to carry out the work..which to me seemed pretty poor that MB were sending out the safety recall letters before your staff had the information to carry out the relevant work…I realise that isn’t MB Eastbourne’s fault but just thought it a bit stupid of MB Uk to recall vehicles before actually advising yourselves of the recall requirements..!!

Car wash was not as good as previous times, patches of car not washed and cleaned.

With a service there is a wash and vac ? Both were very poor

I think some communication was 'lost in translation' in that there was some confusion about a part to be fitted.

The customer care was excellent, communication was just right. The fault was rectified
