Professional, not pushy. Loses a star for the idea that someone else in the showroom was waiting for us to test drive the car so they could .... Could what? Beat thing about that was that anyone would think I was young enough to believe that.2 star score below is due to really poor initial phone Comms from pillar to post repeating info and all leading to us wondering if we should bother at all.
