The Sales Team were great. I was very pleased with the way that Matt Barnes dealt with the overall deal and aftercare, as this was not a straightforward matter! I was displeased that Lookers insisted on a refundable £1000 fee as I could not obtain the log book for my vehicle until a later date. I am still waiting for this.
