Great service and attention to detail

Your staff are exceptional. Darren and Matt were both very professional in their dealing with me from start to finish. Even when car arrived in showroom, the driver had a duster with him to clean any last items - which there weren’t!Additionally, as it was such a hot day, Darren got me an ice cream - simply exceptional.As this appears to be the only box to provide further feedback, I would like highlight what a complete shabbiness of arrival and exit to the MB dealership in Eastbourne. It reflects so very poorly on the Mercedes brand and Lookers business. In the immediate term, get a landscape maintenance team in to cut the roadside grass and manage it! The amount of business you must be loosing from passing traffic must be significant. Perhaps get another professional point of about what could be done to dramatically improve the view of the site. Lastly, make plans to move out or rebuild - it’s the very worst MB venue I’ve ever seen. Hope my comments enable the very professional team to be even more successful in the future without the facilities holding them back.
