Service post- lockdown did not have the usual Mercedes panache. I expect the service to have been as professional and as meticulous as before lockdown, but the overall presentation lacked the usual style and courtesy of a high end company (I had been a Jaguar owner for 12 years before changing to Mercedes). I had to hire a taxi for delivery and collection and the car was not valeted after the service. I hope the usual Mercedes service is resumed as soon as possible.

As usual, excellent customer service under very challenging C-Virus conditions. All work carried out efficiently which was enhanced by being no-cost warrantied/recalled work..!! Additional customer parking would be an advantage but the, emailed, video'd initial inspection is a valued addition. Not my first or my last visit to this dealership, well done..
