I arranged a test drive on Friday having visited on Tuesday. I found the salesman was no longer with the company nobody knew I was coming and the car I was to test was not there. The staff helped as much as they could and found me a similiar car to test.

The response time to the initial enquiry was great, and booked in quickly for a visit to the dealership. The experience within the dealership is what drops the. I was onsite for 1 hour 20 mins, the sales rep I was dealing with had minimal knowledge of the cars I was interested in, I was left alone for around 1 hour of my time onsite while they went to look at things with the sales manager. I was presented with pricing options that we let of no relevance to me as I had not been asked earlier how I was going to be finance my purchase. All in all I was very disappointed and have since purchased from Audi - and stepped out of a Mercedes for the fist time in 11 years!

purchased in March 2025, asked if the dealership wanted to buy the vehicle back, spoke to one of the managers and then spoke with Scott and nothing has become of the whole thing. Cust is now going to purchase an Aston Martin now and is not happy with the whole service he has received. You have now sent the cust a flyer for your deal you have.
