I have been with you for 15 years and had first class service but I do not know why I cannot use my Visa card over the telephone, so I drove eight miles the next day to pay the bill. Is there any chance this could be changed please. This is the only complaint. Regards, R Stump.

All the service team are great. Hannah is delectable , Nick is hench, clearly getting his gains, Mike is a bit slow but a bit like a lovable badger. The service manager Chris is the best, always has time to talk and he clearly knows how to get his band playing the same tune
